The Big Move

Read what the Lincoln Journal-Star wrote about us  http://journalstar.com/articles/2008/05/27/news/local/doc483b35b1bdabb711222925.txt

Our fiction section being set up by Duane Gudgel of the Plains Trading Company  in Valentine, Nebraska

We will never be able to adequately thank the wonderful people who made this happen, but we have to try.

At the top of the list is Renee Johnson, who gave us our new home and to Renee, Johanna and Courtney & Gail of the So-Oh Fine Art Gallery for working so hard to make way for us as we rolled in.

Among the valiant members of the the Bluestem Hero Brigade are: Duane Gudgel & Darlene Meyer, from the Plains Trading Company in Valentine and Carl Ashford, from Jackson Street Books in Omaha who all drove down to Lincoln to move someone else's books.

Maxwell Ihrie, Martha Kaul, Ann Bleed & Peter Bleed, Alan Smith, Anne Burkholder & Pam King were the super heroes who showed up on our doorstep ready to work.

The loyal "Bluestem Irregulars", Curt Donaldson, Cathy Disney, Steve Ihrie & Bill Wood, who once again have sprung into action.

A very special thank you to Captain Russ for his encouragement and support.

And to our wonderful, amazing, stupendous staff and family.

We are no longer the light at the end of the tunnel.
